Quotations and Estimates

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date
• Expired quotations must be re-issued
• Prices exclude applicable taxes unless specified
• Magemad reserves the right to modify or withdraw quotations

Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before project initiation
• Remaining balance must be paid within 10 days of completion
• Clients are responsible for transaction and processing fees
• Work begins only after payment clearance

Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, designs, and intellectual property created by Magemad remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any licensing provided will be clearly defined in the project agreement.

Third-Party Tools & Licenses

Any third-party software, plugins, or licenses required for the project will be charged separately and are the responsibility of the client.

User Responsibilities

• Ensure timely communication and approvals
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Disclaimer of Warranty

All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Magemad disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

In no event shall Magemad be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Cancellations

If a project is canceled, charges will be applied based on the work completed. A minimum cancellation fee of 30% of the total project cost will apply.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated or for any reason deemed necessary.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
